Terms of Service for Window Tinting Service - Lifetime Warranty

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before availing our window tinting services. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Lifetime Warranty: We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on our window tinting services, covering any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the duration of your ownership of the tinted windows.

2. Warranty Limitations: The lifetime warranty is applicable only to the original customer who received the window tinting service from us. It is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any other individual or entity.

3. Coverage: Our lifetime warranty covers issues related to peeling, bubbling, cracking, or discoloration of the tint film under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damages caused by intentional misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, alterations, or acts of nature.

4. Warranty Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us directly within the specified warranty period. We may request additional information or evidence to validate the claim, such as photographs or an in-person inspection.

5. Repair or Replacement: Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the affected window tinting. The repair or replacement will be performed using materials and methods consistent with our standard practices.

6. Warranty Exclusions: The lifetime warranty does not cover any additional costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of the window tinting, transportation expenses, or any other incidental or consequential damages.

7. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under this lifetime warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective window tinting, and we shall not be held liable for any other damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the tinted windows.

8. Modification or Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate this lifetime warranty at any time, with or without prior notice. However, any warranty claims initiated before the modification or termination will be honored as per the terms in effect at the time of the initial service.

9. Governing Law: These Terms of Service, including the lifetime warranty, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
